Job Description

  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
  • Help coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Provide support in drafting HR-related documentation such as job descriptions, contracts, and performance reviews.
  • Help with data entry and maintaining HR databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in implementing and managing employee wellness programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems is a plus.
