Job Description

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they understand the platform and can easily sign up and start selling.
  • Support the creation and refinement of partner onboarding materials and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for partners.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and webinars to help partners understand the products, services, and processes.
  • Monitor the onboarding progress of new partners and provide feedback and support as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure the partners' needs and challenges are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Interest in sales and partner relationships, with a keen ability to build rapport.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or SaaS platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
