Job Description

  • Engage directly with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings to sell Asraaz Business Solutions’ website products and services.
  • Generate leads by identifying and prospecting potential clients, and effectively pitching the benefits of the platform.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to potential customers, answering any questions and overcoming objections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and generate sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by driving new customer acquisition and upselling to existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Track and maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Interest in technology and SaaS products is beneficial.

About the Team

The Sales team is responsible for driving customer acquisition and ensuring that potential clients understand the value of our SaaS offerings. The team works closely with other departments to achieve the company's revenue goals and provide a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
