Website Builder & SaaS Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the website builder, CRM, and SaaS dashboard services provided by Asraaz Business Solutions (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, through https://asraaz.com (“Platform”).

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using our SaaS dashboard or digital tools, you (“User”, “Client”, or “You”) agree to be bound by this Agreement along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Service Overview

Asraaz Business Solutions provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create, manage, and operate digital solutions through a unified dashboard. Our offerings include:

  • Instant website builder dashboard access
  • CRM and lead management systems
  • Invoicing and business automation software
  • Digital marketing management tools
  • Domain mapping and integration with third-party APIs

We do not provide standalone web hosting, cPanel, or FTP access. All services are cloud-managed through our secure infrastructure and accessible only via the Asraaz dashboard.

2. Account Creation & Access

  • You must create an account to use our SaaS dashboard or related services.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity occurring under your account.
  • If unauthorized activity occurs under your account, you must notify Asraaz immediately.

3. Subscription, Billing & Renewals

  • Our SaaS dashboard services are subscription-based. Each plan specifies validity (typically 12 months), access features, and storage limits.
  • Renewal reminders are sent before account expiry. Services not renewed within 10 days of expiry may be deactivated or permanently deleted.
  • Renewal charges, dashboard upgrade fees, or domain mapping charges are billed separately where applicable.
  • Auto-renewal is currently not available; clients must initiate renewal manually.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • The Asraaz platform, dashboard interface, code, templates, and system design remain the exclusive property of Asraaz Business Solutions.
  • Clients retain full ownership of their website content, images, and text uploaded through the dashboard.
  • Platform code, backend systems, and internal APIs are proprietary and not shared with clients.
  • Clients are not permitted to copy, modify, or redistribute the Asraaz dashboard or related materials.

5. Scope of Access

Clients receive access to a secure SaaS dashboard for managing their website or business tools. Asraaz provides a managed cloud environment; however, individual hosting accounts, cPanel, FTP, or direct server access are not part of the service.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure all content uploaded (text, images, videos) is original and non-infringing.
  • Refrain from using the dashboard for illegal, harmful, or offensive activities.
  • Comply with Indian laws related to digital content and e-commerce.
  • Keep credentials secure and maintain accurate account information.

7. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive to maintain 99% uptime. However, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or network issues. Users will be notified of major scheduled maintenance. Asraaz is not liable for temporary access interruptions caused by internet issues, domain mapping errors, or third-party providers.

8. Data Handling & Security

All client data is stored securely on our cloud servers. We employ encryption and restricted access controls to maintain confidentiality. Regular backups are taken for operational safety, but clients are encouraged to export their data periodically using dashboard tools.

We comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 and other applicable laws regarding data processing and privacy.

9. Termination of Account

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or violate any terms.
  • Clients may request cancellation at any time. Termination does not entitle the client to a refund unless covered under our Refund Policy.
  • Expired accounts not renewed within 10 days will be permanently removed from our servers.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Asraaz is not responsible for losses due to incorrect client inputs, data deletion, or misuse of access credentials.
  • We are not liable for downtime or performance issues caused by third-party APIs, domain registrars, or internet service providers.
  • Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the client for the subscription term.

11. Support & Communication

We provide customer support through email, WhatsApp, or phone during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST). Official communication shall be made via support@asraaz.com.

12. Modification of Terms

We may revise or update this Agreement periodically to reflect service or legal changes. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Revised” date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
