Return and Refund Policy
LDF Entertainments LLP
At LDF Entertainments LLP, we plan and prepare every event with dedicated resources. Hence, our refund and cancellation policy is defined as below:
1. Cancellation by Customer
✅ Cancellation Before 72 Hours of Event
- If the customer cancels the booking at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled event date and time, they are eligible for a refund.
- Refund amount will be processed after deducting any non-recoverable costs, if already incurred (such as booking fees, vendor advances, or customized materials).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
❌ Cancellation Within 72 Hours of Event
- No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the event date and time.
- This is due to prior arrangements, manpower allocation, and material procurement.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- One-time rescheduling is allowed if informed at least 72 hours before the event, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests within 72 hours are not guaranteed and may attract additional charges.
3. Cancellation by LDF Entertainments LLP
- In the rare event that LDF Entertainments LLP cancels an event due to unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, or force majeure), customers may choose:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling to a mutually agreed future date
4. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
- Processing time: 7–10 working business days depending on bank/payment gateway processing time.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- No refund will be applicable for:
- Last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours)
- No-show on the event date
- Partial utilization of services
- Delays or cancellations caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer
6. Acceptance of Policy
By confirming a booking and making payment, the customer agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
